Everyone who visits applies through Buddy and is approved by our team before they can be scheduled.

If Buddy can't make a visit, we try to arrange a replacement first. If we can't, you get the visit's tokens back to use, or a refund.

Wherever possible. Keeping the same cleaner or walker is the first thing Buddy's scheduling protects. If they are away, the replacement receives your notes before the visit.
A profile in your Buddy account with size, handling and harness notes, and a short assessment before the first walk. Each walk is for one dog.
No. Staff note anything unusual, such as redness or limping, and suggest a vet visit. Diagnosis and treatment are left to licensed vets.
Payments are processed by Stripe in pesos. Buddy doesn't store your card details. You see the exact amount before you pay, and automatic top-ups stay off unless you turn them on with your own spending cap.
From your home's floor area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Buddy picks the lowest published band that fits all three. The day, the cleaner and how long it takes don't change the price.
They expire. Plan tokens and extra tokens bought with a plan expire at the end of each billing month. Without a plan, extra tokens expire at the end of the calendar month (Manila time). Your account shows the date before you pay.
Yes, at any time in the app. Your plan stops at your next renewal, and your remaining tokens stay usable until then. Upgrades apply straight away once you pay the difference; downgrades start at renewal. You can also cancel while a pause is scheduled or running.
Yes, for one full billing month, starting at your next scheduled renewal. You aren't charged for that month and get no new tokens for it; if a charge for it is taken, it's refunded. Routine visits and automatic top-ups are on hold, and you choose whether regular supply deliveries pause too. Your current tokens keep their expiry date. Your plan resumes automatically at the following billing anniversary, with new tokens added once that payment succeeds. You can undo a pause before it starts.
